Hi bloggies! It's Saturday, and that means it's time for another Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge. And for Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge 54, we have the talented Miss Belinda Chang Langner providing this week's sketch for us. Here it is...
I was smiling when I saw this sketch. Isn't it cute as a button?! That's exactly what came to my mind and so here's my take on this sketch...
I wanted to do a CAS card for this sketch. It seemed like a great idea. And since I have several friends who've just had babies...what better to do than a baby card?! I kept this one pretty simple by stamping the lace background stamp from Faux Fun. I distressed and inked the edges to give it texture and height. Then I ran the twine through the buttons and adhered them of the panel with some mini glue dots. I used Say It Loud for the sentiment. After that, I just attached everything to a kraft card base...and that was that! :)
I know it's not my usual layered card. But I hope you like it anyway. And I hope to see all of you over at the Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge Blog.
As always, don't forget to browse through the cards of the other Mischief Makers as well as Waltzingmouse Stamp Design Team sites.
Pretty and CAS too! TYFS
