My sisters are half way across the world. We're really, really close. Best friends actually. And it breaks my heart every time I remember that they're so far away. So it was really nice to see sisters who actually work together on a blog site.
Well, for the Blog-iversary Party, they're having an inspiration challenge as well as a Blog Hop. Prizes are INVOLVED people! lol! So make sure you join the HOP and the INSPIRATION CHALLENGE! :) Before I go into the details, here's their inspiration photo for the challenge.
You can use any of the following for your inspiration: the inspirational photo, crocheted flowers and the sentiment. You can use one, two, or all three. Mix and match. Whatever tickles you! :) Here's my take on the challenge:
I chose to use the inspiration photo for my card. I made a pinwheel from a 2" x 2" piece of double sided patterned paper. I also used the following stamps: Simply Delightful, from The Craft's Meow. Mat Stack 3 Collection, from Papertrey Ink. Frame It and Fancy Phrases from Waltzingmouse Stamps.
Here's the Blog Hop list. Just in case you started here, you should head on over to the Polkadot Door Designs blog first to get all the juicy details about the hop. :)
