The Craft's Meow October 2012 Release Previews - Day 2

Welcome back to Day 2 of The Craft's Meow October 2012 Release Previews! Today I'm introducing Christmas Cheer. I only managed to make one card for today, but if you head on over to the TCM blog, the DT is also introducing Winter Fibi and Lilly

The Craft's Meow

This set is one of my favorites in the October release. The images in the set are so trendy. I love them! Here's what I did with my stamp set.

I took the snowflake image and stamped it several times to make a patterned paper. Then I sewed a frame around the edges of the cardstock. I adhered a strip of patterned paper on the bottom of the card.

The I stamped the trees, gifts, label and sentiment and hand cut them. I also inked their edges with some Distress ink. Before I layered them one over the other, I adhered a strip of lace onto the card.

I like it when Christmas cards have colors other than the usual combinations that are typically used over the years. And this is one of my favorite color combinations. I hope you enjoyed it. If you want a chance to win this set, head on over to The Craft's Meow blog. Please stop by the DT blogs as well! Thanks for visiting today! :)
