I used my favorite stamp set from Waltzing Mouse ... Victorian Frippery ... to make patterned paper. I stamped the image on a strip of Sweet Blush from Papertrey Ink. It's not very visible due to my inability to take good photos heehee, but YES that is Sweet Blush. :) Then I made the lower section using Distressed Stripes. I wanted a lot of flourish right at the center since it's such a tall card. To break up the length, I die cut a frame and made a flower to be the main accent. I also used this wonderful leaf/flourish stamp from Prima. The ribbon I made with a Bow Easy and the tag was a Provo Craft die. I also got this really cute edge punch from Martha Stewart. (I was convinced to get this after seeing Christina use it!)
Here's the sketch and color combination.
Supplies:
Cardstock - white, sweet blush (PTI), pink, black (Paper Company)
Stamps - Victorian Frippery (Waltzing Mouse), Distressed Stripes, sentiment (PTI), flourish/leaf (Prima)
Others - edge punch (Martha Stewart), frame, tag die (ProvoCraft), ribbon (Wendy), button, rhinestones (Walmart), flower die cut (Sizzix)
