Curtain Call Color Challenge Act 53 & Waltzing Mouse Challenge 20

Hi everyone! I'm back for the Curtain Call Color Challenge! Are you ladies ready for another round of fabulous color?! I have to say, this month's color combinations are just so wonderful to work with. Stacey puts together such great challenges! Here's Act 53.

I actually have 2 cards for everyone tonight. I couldn't decide whether I wanted to post my shabby chic card or my classy elegant card, so I'm just going to post both of them! :)

Here's my shabby chic card. I stamped the background cardstock with one of the flowers from In Bloom (PTI). I didn't want to use too much orange. I kept my card mostly white with splashes of orange, yellow, gray and black. The little flourish behind the ribbon was made with my Cricut Expression. The circle with the silver glitter was cut with my Spellbinders dies. Have I told you that I LOVE coloring this flower. It's just sooo beautiful!

Here's my Classy Elegant take on this color combination. I also used the sketch from Waltzing Mouse Challenge 20. I used my Victorian Frippery (WMS) to make the background patterned cardstock. I used yellow mostly for this card and kept the orange to a minimum. The medallion in the central panel is also a stamp from Victorian Frippery. This stamp set is my favorite from Waltzing Mouse. The possibilities are endless!!! I'm just totally constrained by my imagination. I hope you like it!
